The YMC – 2022 ICBC Management Elite Training Program is organized by the Young Managers Club (YMC) under the Macau Management Association and is title-sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau). This program focuses on brand management and corporate innovation, aiming to enhance the application of management tools and foster corporate innovation capabilities for middle managers, preparing them for advancement to higher positions.

Applications can be submitted via email, fax, in-person at the association, or by filling out the online registration form.
In compliance with Macau SAR government pandemic prevention measures, participants must present proof of completion of the primary COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior (i.e., received 2 or more doses with a gold/purple health code frame) or provide a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 7 days. Failure to present such proof will result in denial of entry to the venue.
