Organized by the Young Managers' Club under the Macau Management Association and sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau), the "YMC – 2021 ICBC Management Elite Training Program" is now open for applications.

This training program, scheduled for October, aims to enhance the decision-making, judgment skills, and risk management capabilities of Macau's young and middle-level managers through thematic workshops, experiential learning, and team-building activities. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and exchange experiences with managers from various industries.

• Guangzhou Company Visits: November 5–6, 2021
• Graduation Ceremony: November 13, 2021

Locations:

• Macau and Guangzhou

Quota:

• 20 participants (first-come, first-served)

Fees:

• Members: MOP 2,200
• Non-members: MOP 2,500

Target Participants:

• Middle-level managers (supervisor level or above) from various enterprises.

Certificate:

• Participants with an attendance rate of 80% or higher will receive a training certificate issued by the association upon completion.
