Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the SAR government's epidemic prevention guidelines, the "YMC – 2021 ICBC Business Management Elite Training Program," organized by the Young Managers' Club under the Macau Management Association and sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau), has been rescheduled to November 20 to December 11. The application deadline has been extended to November 12!
This training program aims to enhance the decision-making, judgment, and risk management skills of Macau's young middle managers through thematic workshops, experiential learning, and team-building activities. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and share experiences with managers from various industries.

Middle managers (supervisor level or above) from various enterprises.
Participants with an attendance rate of 80% or higher will receive a training certificate issued by the association upon completion.
