Course Overview

This beginner-level watercolor still life course is suitable for watercolor novices or enthusiasts. It focuses on constructing still life compositions, understanding three-dimensional principles, color perception, coloring techniques, and controlling paint and water. Beginners will learn about the interrelationships of space, structure, saturation, brightness, depth, intensity, and light and shadow within a picture. Through the instructor's demonstrations and explanations, students can easily and clearly understand the characteristics of watercolor painting, as well as the use and application of watercolor tools and materials.

• Duration: 30 hours (10 sessions)
• Schedule: Every Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Holidays on February 14 and February 21)
• Course Dates: January 3, 2018 – March 21, 2018

• Fee: MOP 2,500
• Certificate & Subsidy: A certificate and a 50% tuition subsidy are available for students with an attendance rate of 70% or higher.
• Government Funding: This course is not part of the Continuing Education Development Plan (DSEDJ).
• Note for Non-Residents: Non-Macau residents must pay the full tuition fee and are not eligible for the tuition subsidy.

Target Audience

Individuals aged 15 and above who are interested in painting and creative arts.

• Watercolor brushes (large, medium, and small sizes)
