Since the handover, the successful implementation of the Macao Basic Law has been a crucial foundation for the stable development of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The Basic Law is closely related to social and public livelihood, making it essential for Macao residents to understand its key provisions. This course introduces participants to the drafting process, main chapters, and articles of the Macao Basic Law. It explains its significance in the context of Macao's handover history, aiming to provide a deeper understanding and grasp of the legal principles and main content of the Macao Basic Law.

Instructor Profile

Mr. Sou Chan Fai has over 30 years of teaching experience, having taught at various government departments, banks, tertiary institutions, and private organizations in Macao. He has long been engaged in research on economics and finance, Macao history, the Basic Law, and regional cooperation.

Certificate Information

For certificate courses, a passing grade in the examination is required to receive a certificate. For non-examination courses, an attendance certificate will be issued upon achieving an attendance rate of 80% or higher.
