Course Overview
The Macao Food Safety Management Association is offering the UK CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Certification Course again in March. (Level 2 is the most basic level).
Course Schedule & Format
Two course formats are available with a total of 6 classes across two time slots: a three-day completion course and a one-day intensive completion course.
One-Day Intensive Course (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Class A: Saturday, March 4
- Class B: Saturday, March 11
- Class C: Saturday, March 18
- Class D: Saturday, March 25
Three-Day Completion Course (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
- Class E: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (March 6, 8, 10)
- Class F: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (March 20, 22, 24)
Course Fees & Certification
- Fee: MOP 1,350 (includes CIEH exam paper, certificate, and textbook shipping costs).
- Certificate: Upon completion, participants will receive the CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in Catering certification issued by the UK Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
Additional Course Offering
HKQAA ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Internal Auditor Certificate Course
- Schedule: March 30 & 31 (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Fee: MOP 2,980
- Certificate: Students with 100% attendance who pass the assessment will receive a joint course completion certificate issued by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) and the Macao Food Safety Management Association.
