Course Overview

This course, organized by Stage, provides participants with an understanding of international food hygiene standards. It covers food hazards, environmental hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, and personal hygiene encountered in daily life.

• Duration: 9 hours (3 sessions)
• Schedule: Every Monday, 7:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Dates: January 15, 2018 to January 29, 2018
• Location: Kin Fai Building, No. 124 Rua do Campo, Macau
• Fee: MOP 1,350 (includes CIEH exam paper, certificate, and textbook shipping)
• Exam: The final hour of the third session is dedicated to the examination.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the exam, participants will receive the CIEH Foundation Food Safety Qualification certificate issued by the UK Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
