Course Outline
This course is designed for teens to learn the fundamentals of modeling, develop confidence, and cultivate a unique personal presence.
- Learn correct walking posture and develop poise and confidence.
- Master body posture and carriage.
- Practice walking in high heels and learn etiquette for public interviews and events.
- Enhance psychological resilience and presentation skills. The skills learned will be useful in various future scenarios, helping students stand out with a distinctive temperament.
Course Content
- Posture and Poise Training: Develop a graceful and confident stance.
- Pivot and Turn Training: Master the essential turns on the runway.
- Runway Modeling Performance: Learn to walk and present on a T-stage.
- High Heel Walking Technique: Gain confidence and stability walking in heels.
- Social and Interview Etiquette: Learn professional manners for public appearances and interviews.
Course Details
- Duration: July 19 to August 26
- Schedule: Every Tuesday and Friday, 14:30–16:00 (12 sessions total)
- Recommended Age: 12–18 years old
- Tuition Fee: MOP 1,500
- Certificate: A graded assessment will be conducted upon course completion, and a certificate will be provided by the Iat Kuong Center of the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macau.
