The human body has hundreds of acupoints, which are specific locations where the body's Qi (vital energy) and blood converge and flow. With rapid social development and modern lifestyles characterized by irregular diet and habits, it's easy for one's constitution to become imbalanced in Yin and Yang. This can lead to poor circulation of Qi, blood, and nutrients, resulting in various ailments from insomnia to shoulder and neck pain. This course teaches the fundamental techniques of pressing, pushing, and kneading to stimulate acupoints on the body's surface in areas corresponding to disease reactions. The goal is to unblock the surface meridians, promote smooth Qi and blood flow, and achieve the health-preserving objective of preventing and treating diseases.
