The following courses have been approved by the Macau SAR Government for inclusion in the Continuing Education Development Plan:
Business English Conversation: MICE Industry
- Course Focus: Covers the various processes of exhibitions and conferences, combined with business English dialogue practice.
- Objective: To strengthen students' dialogue and communication skills in relevant scenarios.
- Target Audience: Suitable for working professionals in the MICE industry or individuals interested in MICE English.
Service Industry Business English Conversation I
- Course Focus: Aims to enhance the listening and speaking skills required for frontline staff.
- Objective: Upon completion, students should be able to engage in general conversations with customers, exchange information concisely and politely, handle situations appropriately, and leave a good impression.
- Target Audience: Suitable for frontline service personnel across various industries.
