Course Overview
Centaline, in collaboration with the University of Macau, presents the "Real Estate Agent Manager Training Course". This is Macau's first professional management course specifically designed for the real estate agency industry, focusing on practical work, personnel management, and efficiency enhancement.

Instructor Profile
Mr. Pan Zhiming, Managing Director of Centaline (Commercial, Industrial & Retail), Centaline Macau and Hengqin.
- Over 30 years of experience in the real estate agency sector.
- Has led Centaline's development in Macau for over a decade, managing approximately a thousand employees across regions.
- A seasoned professional who has weathered industry storms, including the '87 stock market crash, SARS, and the financial tsunami.
- Renowned for his "不死神功" philosophy, he is frequently invited to give lectures and has conducted nearly 40 seminars across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. He has also published several books on real estate agency.
Certification & Funding
- This course is an approved project under the government's "Continuing Education Development Plan" (2017-2019).
- Participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive a certificate issued by the University of Macau.
