Course Overview

Tea has a long and profound history. While ancient Chinese myths cannot pinpoint its exact origin, scholars widely agree that tea was already highly popular in China before the 3rd century BC, where it was regarded as a medicinal herb or tonic. Lu Yu's The Classic of Tea is a significant milestone in the formation of tea culture, documenting all aspects of tea culture in detail.

This beginner-level course provides comprehensive training in professional tea artistry, covering the fundamentals of tea knowledge, brewing techniques, and professional etiquette.
