This course is taught by a registered lawyer of the Macau Lawyers Association. It selects the more important fundamental theories of Macau contract law and explains typical contracts commonly encountered in daily life, including sales contracts, lease contracts, consumer loan contracts, and mandate contracts. Practical sessions are included to meet real-life needs.
The course aims to establish students' basic legal knowledge of contract law and various contract types to avoid unintentional breaches of contract or failure to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
For certificate courses, students must pass the exam to receive a certificate. For courses without an exam, an attendance certificate is awarded upon achieving an attendance rate of 80% or higher.
