Course Application Form

Purpose: In recent years, the number of students choosing to study medicine has been rising, with most Macau students pursuing their studies abroad. To help these overseas medical students better understand medical developments and disease cases in Macau, this course is being held. It involves the discussion of clinical medical cases and the operation of various medical instruments, preparing participants for their future roles as healthcare professionals in Macau.

  • Beginner Class: August 17, 2019, 09:00–17:30
  • Advanced Class: August 18, 2019, 09:00–17:30
• Location: Wui Cheng Centre, 1/B, Block 2, Fei Tong Industrial Building, 215 Avenida de Venceslau de Morais
• Target Participants:
  • Beginner Class: Clinical Medicine students entering Year 2 or 3.
  • Advanced Class: Clinical Medicine students entering Year 4 or above.
• Quota: 30 for Beginner Class, 30 for Advanced Class.

Course Content:

• Beginner Class: X-ray interpretation and related procedures, clinical skills operation (e.g., basic suturing, abscess incision and drainage).
• Advanced Class: Clinical skills operation, clinical case discussions (circulatory, respiratory, nervous systems, etc.).

Certificate: Participants who attend the full course will receive a certificate on the day.

Fees: Registration and tuition fees are waived. A MOP 200 material fee is required. Participants who attend the full course will receive their certificate and a MOP 100 refund on the day.

Remarks:

• Please present a valid student ID when paying the fee.
• All application information will be reviewed. Applicants must fill out the form truthfully.
• Priority will be given to those who have not taken this course before.
