Workshop Introduction

Human resources are a valuable asset for social development. The ability of employers and employees to build a good labor-management relationship is an indispensable driving force for social progress and economic development. This workshop will introduce the basic knowledge of the Macau Labor Relations Law, helping employers and HR practitioners understand the relevant regulations. It will also explain the various methods and legal considerations for terminating labor relations, enabling employers and practitioners to better understand how to legally implement the relevant provisions.
