Course Overview

Japan is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail, a quality fully embodied in its stationery design. In this practical workshop, learn to create beautiful and functional patterns for your own stationery.

Under the guidance of professional illustrator Neiko Ng, who has worked for Japan's largest stationery company, you will explore both hand-drawn and digital methods to design personalized items. Create patterns for paper tapes, personalized notebooks, planners, stickers, and other daily essentials. Imagine how cool it would be to use stationery you designed yourself!

Course Details

• Dates: August 2 - 12, 2019 (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
• Time: 19:00–22:00
• Duration: 15 hours total
• Instructor: Neiko Ng (Illustrator with experience at a major Japanese stationery company)
• Tuition Fee: MOP 1,300
• Certificate: A certificate will be awarded for students with an attendance rate of 70% or higher.
• Subsidy: Macau residents are eligible for a fee subsidy of MOP 650. (This subsidy is NOT part of the Continuing Education Development Plan)
• Sponsor: This course is sponsored by the Macau Foundation.
