Organized by the Young Managers Club under the Macau Management Association and sponsored by ICBC Macau, the "YMC-2024 ICBC Business Management Elite Training Program" is now open for applications.

This training program will be conducted through sharing sessions, workshops, and external visits, closely following the latest social development trends. Through diverse themes and teaching content, it aims to help participants achieve "goal clarity" and "strategy executability." Practical management frameworks will be used to enhance synergy among organizational members, fully leverage management leverage, improve decision-making power, and cultivate self-awareness and leadership potential.

Schedule:

• Thematic Sharing Session: March 14, 2025 (15:00–18:00)
• Thematic Workshops: March 15 & 22, 2025 (10:00–13:00, 14:30–17:30)
• Corporate Visit: March 28, 2025 (Full Day)
• Graduation Ceremony: March 29, 2025 (12:30–14:30)

Location:

• Macau and Hengqin

Quota:

• 15 participants (Limited places, confirmed upon payment of registration fee)

Target Audience:

• Middle management personnel from various enterprises (Supervisor level or above)

Fees:

• Members: MOP 1,800
• Non-members: MOP 2,000

Certificate:

• Participants with an attendance rate of 80% or higher will receive a training certificate issued by the Association upon completion.
