Workshop Overview

This workshop guides participants to rediscover their body structure, integrating breath and the use of gravity with the relationship between Kinetic Energy and Potential Energy. This approach aims to achieve natural movement and effectively release energy.

Once the body's energy channels are flowing, various Dance Tasks are used to reconnect the Body, Mind, and Soul, rediscovering one's own potential and the possibilities of the world. The goal is to find "authentic" movement, emotion, and develop different levels of meaning through dance.
