Workshop Series Overview

This series consists of two independent floral arrangement workshops, each with a unique theme and design, perfect for celebrating the Lunar New Year.

Workshop 1: Green Home Welcomes Spring

Theme: Green Home Welcomes Spring Description: Create a natural and leisurely bonsai-style arrangement. Features phalaenopsis orchids paired with plants like ivy, jade plants, and asparagus ferns. Learn to use various willow branches to create unique festive floral art, complemented with hanging ornaments and ribbons. (Uses artificial orchids).

Workshop 2: Bamboo Brings Peace and Steady Rise

Theme: Bamboo Brings Peace and Steady Rise Description: Craft a structured and abundant festive arrangement. Features lucky bamboo (Dracaena sanderiana) symbolizing steady advancement, paired with appropriate seasonal flowers such as chrysanthemums, anthuriums, carnations, narcissus, and calamus. Create a vertical 'step-by-step rise' design with various New Year ornaments and kumquats, symbolizing a bountiful harvest and continuous progress.

  • Non-members: MOP 150
• Material Fee: MOP 390 (per workshop)

1. The material fee covers various floral materials (subject to change based on supply, weather, and season), wire, pot, and soil.
2. Priority registration for FAOM's self-organized courses is given to valid FAOM members.
