Course Overview
Our center's selected Business English Conversation courses are now open for enrollment. Interested individuals are welcome to apply.
The following courses have been approved by the Macau SAR Government for inclusion in the "Continuing Education Development Plan":
1. Business English Conversation: MICE Industry
- Focus: Covers the entire process of exhibitions and conferences.
- Method: Combines business English dialogue practice.
- Objective: Strengthens students' dialogue and communication skills in relevant scenarios.
- Suitable For: Working professionals in the MICE industry or individuals interested in MICE English.
2. Service Industry Business English Conversation I
- Focus: Enhances the listening and speaking skills required for frontline staff.
- Objective: Upon completion, students should be able to engage in general conversations with customers, exchange information politely and concisely, handle inquiries, and leave a positive impression.
- Suitable For: Frontline service personnel from various industries.
