Tea tasting is an integral part of Chinese traditional culture. Beyond Chinese teas, Japanese and Taiwanese teas are increasingly popular, making tea a part of daily life.

This course adopts a thematic approach centered around five major tea ceremonies. It teaches the origins, brewing methods, and production techniques of common tea varieties. Additionally, it covers international tea ceremony etiquette, helping students understand the relationship between tea, personal taste, and social manners.
