Course Overview
Our center offers selected Business English Conversation courses, now open for enrollment. We welcome all interested individuals to apply.
The following courses have been approved by the Macau SAR Government for inclusion in the "Continuing Education Development Plan":
1. Business English Conversation: MICE Industry
- Focus: Covers various processes of exhibitions and conferences.
- Method: Combines business English dialogue practice to enhance students' conversational and communication skills in relevant scenarios.
- Target Audience: Suitable for working professionals in the MICE industry or individuals interested in MICE-related English.
2. Service Industry Business English Conversation I
- Focus: Aims to improve the listening and speaking skills required for frontline staff.
- Outcome: Upon completion, students should be able to engage in general conversations with customers, exchange information politely and concisely, handle inquiries, and leave a positive impression.
- Target Audience: Suitable for frontline service personnel across various industries.
