Brief Family Therapy Workshop
Brief Family Therapy focuses on finding solutions to problems and is applicable for resolving a series of issues encountered within families. It emphasizes the necessity for change and tends to describe and seek changes to the problems brought by clients. Due to its short treatment cycle (generally 4-10 sessions), simplicity, practicality, and fast results, it has become a unique and prevalent school of psychotherapy in the postmodern era.
The beauty of Brief Family Therapy lies in its ability to work with both families and individuals. It is widely applied in hospitals, schools, social welfare institutions, enterprises, and the prison judicial system across various countries. Developed from therapeutic practice, its rationality and effectiveness have been supported by numerous empirical studies.
