第九屆「樂施競跑旅遊塔2022」
為響應「國際減貧日」，樂施會自2014年起在澳門最高的建築物澳門旅遊塔舉行競跑籌款活動，喚起大眾關注全球貧窮問題。賽事包括男、女子個人全塔競跑（61層）、半塔體驗（31層）及四人隊際全塔接力競跑。根據過往經驗，跑畢全塔1,298級樓梯平均需時約20分鐘，與在氣候影響下青海牧民步行尋找水源的時間相若，參與者既能親身體驗牧民尋水路途的困境，也能以堅毅不屈的運動精神為慈善助力。

Organised by Oxfam in Macau since 2014 on the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, the fundraising sports event Oxfam TowerRun takes place annually at the Macau Tower - the tallest building in the city - and aims to raise public awareness about poverty. The event includes an Individual Challenge (Full Race - 61 levels) Men’s and Women’s Race, Individual Challenge (Half Race - 31 levels) Men’s and Women’s Race, and Team Challenge (Relay for teams of four - 61 levels). Participants need to take up the challenge of running up 1,298 steps from the ground floor of the tower to the adventure deck on the 61st floor. Based on the past records, it takes about 20 minutes to complete the run, which is equivalent to the time it takes for a herder in Qinghai - now impacted by climate change - to find water. Participants can not only experience the plight of herdsmen seeking water, but also can support charity with perseverance and unyielding sportsmanship.
